About us
Luggude Bygg is an established construction company based in Helsingborg, operating primarily in Skåne, but we also undertake assignments in southern Halland and Småland.
With 25 employees – 7 white-collar workers and 18 craftsmen – we deliver solid construction projects with broad expertise and long experience.
We are authorized dealers of Atab-trappan, Odenfönster, Polarfönster and Velfac.
Our history
The name Luggude comes from a district that encompasses areas north, east and south of Helsingborg. Originally mentioned in Valdemar’s Land Book from the 13th century as “Lyuthgudhæreth”, which can mean “district of the goddess of nourishment”. We proudly carry this name as part of our identity and local roots.

We work with LOU assignments, replace windows and roofs, renovate facades and stairwells, and carry out complete renovations and new construction. You will find our office and warehouse at Berga industrial area in Helsingborg. The office is staffed weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Payment terms: 30 days.
No invoice fees or administrative charges.
Invoices should primarily be sent via e-invoice PEPPOL, or alternatively as an attached PDF by email.
Do not send invoices by post.
Always state the name of the purchaser.
Factoring / Invoice Purchase
We do not allow factoring, invoice purchases, invoice pledging, or transfer of invoices issued to Luggude Bygg.
The invoice must be issued by the supplier with whom we have an agreement.
Payment is made ONLY to the supplier’s bankgiro number registered under the supplier’s own company registration number at Bankgirocentralen.
We do not make payments to any other bankgiro.
Special Instructions for Construction Projects
Luggude Bygg is a construction company. Reverse charge VAT for construction services applies.
A project number must always be stated.
Contractors performing construction services must always invoice with reverse charge VAT and include our VAT number on the invoice.
Exceptions apply to transport services according to the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket).
