Built with pride in Luggude – where history meets future
The name Luggude has deep roots. It comes from an old district that surrounds Helsingborg from the north, east and south – an area characterized by both rich history and strong local identity. As early as the 13th century, the area was mentioned in Valdemar’s Land Book as Lyuthgudheret, and some researchers believe that the name can be traced back to a pagan goddess of nourishment, l(i)uthgutha – a symbolic origin that stands for vitality, nutrition and vegetation.
For us, Luggude is not just a name – it is a responsibility. As a local construction company rooted in this soil, we carry on tradition by building with care, quality and respect for both people and place. We build for the future, with pride in the heritage we manage.
